Role: Aircraft Flammability Engineer Location: Gains Ville, TX Duration: 8+ months Interview type: Telephonic/Skype No of Position - 2 Experience Required - 3-5 years Description: • Prepare flammability substantiation documents such as flammability test plans and flammability test report in compliance to applicable regulatory requirements and to prepare documents related to the flammability substantiation of an assigned unit. • Responsible for a general understanding of the testing protocol used in the flammability lab for certification of the products referenced within assigned test plan and/or reports. • Coordinate certification activities with regulatory authorities. • Experience in reviewing technical documents such as test plans reports, certification plans. • Experience in certification aspects for aircraft components • Represent the certification team in design reviews. • Experience in Updating and revising the Flammability reports. • Manage Design tools Catia V5 / Pro E. • Good with Microsoft office tools. • Strong in verbal and written communication.
