Role: Business Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6+ Months
· The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of
commercial loan life cycle (including Servicing)
· Sound knowledge of commercial loan origination process
· Understanding of the know-how of commercial credit appraisal
process. Some of these would include assessment of:
I. proposed
business plans
II. projected
cash flows
III. credit
history of business
IV. collateral
valuation viz., LTV ratios
V. An
understanding of other financial ratios
VI. financial
indicators etc
· Sound knowledge to devise process flows in credit approval
process based on business’s requirement (includes workflows)
