Should have at least 2 years in handling the Portfolio/Project management Tools. Should have knowledge on Sharepoint administration, Project server 2007 etc Should have good communication and Technical skills. 1. Resource needs to analyze the issue raised by user in Prosight application. 2. Resource should analyze the ticket and provide solution through fix or workaround. 3. If the work around provided by the resource, later he/she should be able to find the root cause. 4. Resource should know the database structure of Prosight application. 5. Resource should be able to configure the application according to user's requirement. 6. Resource should be able to follow the support process. 7. Resource should be able to integrate Prosight with other applications. *Desired Experience: * Experience in Project/Portfolio Management Tools and Sharepoint Administration.
