Position: Automation Tester
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6+ months

*Job Description:-*
*- Degree in computer science or related field*
*- Well-versed with most UNIX commands/utilities. understands job control,
soft and hard links, distinctions between the kernel and the shell.*
*- Intermediate/Expert level ability to write scripts in Perl and shell*
*- Experience in writing custom automation workflows and monitoring tools*
*- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Networks, Databases and Web technologies
and the ability to integrate with them in your code*
*- Knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP web services*
*- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving
skills. Ability to analyse user requirements and convert into technical
solutions*
*- Proven ability to effectively work across teams at all levels*
*- Highly IT literate – able to understand technical models and appreciate
connectivity with business practices and operations*
*- Exposure to governance, control and risk management policies.
Understanding of ITIL – Event/Incident processes is a plus.*
*Experience working within a large organisation and delivering scalable
enterprise solutions.*
