We currently have a *6 Months Contract* opportunity for a *Business Analyst with Pharma exp* with our direct client located in *Berkeley Heights, NJ.* *********DIRECT CLIENT******F2F Required******* ****Kindly send your resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>****** *Summary * · Business Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Identify, track, and maintain an inventory of business needs to be defined in detail for application systems · Elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business and user requirements; identify gaps between system capabilities and business requirements; and map capabilities to requirements to ensure that business needs are met · Develop business area process models, activity diagrams and use cases · Own and author User Requirements Document · Create logical level data models · May assist with Business Requirements Document · Assess solution alternatives · Lead the translation of business and user requirements into test conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing (UAT) · Develop and manage data to be utilized for UAT test cases · Maintain and update documentation (and SOP documents) as changes in systems and business processes occur · Work with customers to establish and maintain business priorities for system solutions · Assist with the development and execution of change management and training throughout the organization during the Implementation of system solutions · Understand project management and contribute to defining work plans and keeping track of progress · Assist with development and delivery of solution training *Skills/Knowledge Requirements * · 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with requirements elicitation, documentation, testing, training · Requirements documentation tools such as Blueprint Requirements Center a plus · Exposure to visualization software such as iRise a plus · Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Life Science industry experience · Project experience with COTS and Web-based requirements, design, or development · Functional Knowledge includes the following: · Awareness of Business and Enterprise Architecture · Regulatory Compliance and Validation · Strong Customer and Business Relationships · Systems Development Life Cycle (Analysis through Implementation) · Business Analysis, Requirements Definition and Management · User Acceptance Testing *Position Skills/Knowledge Required* · Business Acumen · Financial Management · Project task management · Facilitation of requirement session · Presentation to team and business audience for deliverable · Lead multiple teams, limited scope · Influence · Analytical Skills · Six Sigma, Lean or Business Process Change Techniques a plus This is with our direct client.
