We currently have a *6+ Months Contract* opportunity for a *Business Objects Developer* with our direct client located in *Weston, MA.*********DIRECT CLIENT********Locals **Preferred******** ****Kindly send your resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>******** *Job Description: * · Be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment solving critical issues facing the business. · In this position, you will be responsible for providing reporting solutions that support the needs of the US Commercial business. · This involves the design, development and implementation of new reporting solutions and will require the coordination with our internal IT team to ensure the data structures are effectively designed to support the business needs. · This is a critical role within Client Idec’s US Commercial Division that will have a positive impact on the lives of people who live with Multiple Sclerosis. · The successful candidate will be expected to quickly demonstrate a strong understanding of the business areas they support. · They will need to interact with both non-technical business users and IT professional on a daily basis so having excellent technical and non-technical communication skills is a necessity. · They will be accountable for projects throughout entire lifecycle and depending on scale and complexity may need input or guidance on critical decisions. · They should be proactive in identifying solutions or opportunities that can help provide additional business insights. *Required Skills / Experience * · 5+ years of extensive SQL (DML) in an Oracle environment · 5+ years’ experience using Business Objects version 3.X (or higher) reporting tools (Desktop Intelligence, Webi Rich Client) · Experience working in a managed Services environment · Ability to juggle multiple projects / requests · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Ability to communicate technical concept to non-technical people *Preferred * · Experience with the following BI tools: Tableau, Qlikview, IQ2020, Crystal, Roambi, Xcelsius · Knowledge of Informatica · Understanding of data modeling concepts · Experience with Excel and Powerpoint This is with our direct client.
