Role: Support / Production Manager

Location : Newark, NJ

Duration : 6+months



Responsibilities:

·         The Production Manager is responsible for minimizing the
potential production incidents times, respond within agreed SLAs.

·         Ensuring that the teams provide rapid‐response after hours in
case of an outage or near outage

·         Researching and recommend tools and resources to satisfy
operational requirements

·         Performing situation analysis and oversee timely problem solving

·         Conducting workshops with the Production Support Group and Senior
Management on operational issues and resolution processes

·         Ensuring that best practice is followed when documenting issues

·         Managing the on‐call support arrangements for the Production Teams

·         Preparation of procedures, revision of procedures and ensuring
compliance to the same

·         Must have knowledge in Healthcare domain experience in Data
Warehouse projects

·         Must have technical skills in Informatica, Oracle, Unix, Clear
Quest, HP Service Manager
