*Position: SAP Compensation Consultant* *Location: Irvine, CA* *Duration: 6-9 month contract with opportunity for extension* *Target fill date: ASAP* *Job Description:* · SAP HR mid-level consultant with proficiency in Compensation module (ECM) · Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and support of SAP HCM modules, especially the Compensation sub-module · Exposure to Full Life Cycle implementations & Application support projects including Blueprinting, conceptual design, configuration, and in depth realization of the project · Strong experience in scripting and performing unit, regression, integration testing, Payroll Compare and assisting the business users for performing acceptance and quality assurance testing · Documents functional specifications and provides support for technical specifications · Experience in configuration of Enterprise Structure & Personnel Structure – Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea, Employee Group & Employee Subgroup creation · Functional knowledge in Payroll configuration of Payroll Areas, wage types and Basic Pay setup · Integration knowledge of Payroll and Benefits with other HR modules · Working knowledge of HPQC a plus *Job Requirements:* +5 Years SAP HCM experience. Strong knowledge in HCM Functional area & good understanding of HR Business processes. Experience configuring SAP Compensation module.
