*Program Manager – 3-6+ months, NYC*
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for coordination of timeline,
efforts and alignment of deliverables between multiple organizations
working on the next generation of the streaming service offering. The
particular focus is on the communication of requirements, milestones and
dependencies.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Manage major projects (budgeted spend in the range of $500K - $3M)
- Manage project scope, including requirements definition
- Define project schedule and resource allocation
- Manage project budget and costs
- Manage project communications across the organization
- Manage the determination of appropriate solutions (technical,
business, and organizational constructs)
- Secure commitments from line managers
- Review deliverables, obtain appropriate business approvals, and
provide final sign-off for milestones
- Ensure overall project quality
- Integrate results of project into company operations
*Required Qualifications:*
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5 7 years of direct project management experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Experience with:
- Waterfall and agile methodologies
- Application development and testing
- Implementing streaming services projects (client app & back-end) is a
plus
- PMI certification a plus
