Most of our meetings and interactions are via phone. · Upbeat, positive approach to tasks and client/team member interactions. · Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Familiarity with basic technology terms such as would typically be used in technology projects (e.g., SQL, SAN, LAN, HTML, CSS, Operating System, etc) Ideal Qualifications: · Experience as an Agile or Scrum coach. We have a coach but would enjoy the opportunity to share and learn from others' experience. · Experience with the Flawless Consulting approach to client interactions. · Experience using Version One to manage Scrum projects. · Experience working with projects focused on SharePoint, PeopleSoft, Workforce Analysis, and/or Documentum. Requirement: 2 Rate: $65/hr on C2C Title: Java Developer Location: McLean VA Duration: Long Term *At least 7 to 10 years of software development experience * *Strong Java/J2EE, Weblogic, JSF, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, SQL/RDBMS (UDB/DB2/Oracle/Sybase), Shell / Unix Skills. Hands-on experience with application design * *? Hands-on experience with Build and Deployment tools and languages - ANT and Shell script * *? Experience with change management tools Remedy and Clear Case Experience in production support activities, which include trouble shooting and data correction activities. * *Preferred Skills * *Quick Learner of business and technology. * *? Good Analysis skills and ability to multi task. * *? Ability to work in a highly dynamic business environment supporting multiple business partners. * *? Good written and verbal communication skills. * *? Proactive in nature and good team player. * *? Excellent problem-solving, problem-identifying skills. * *?
