*SAP (FI/SD) Consultant* Located in Akron, OH
Phone/Skype and hire. 12 Plus month contract Reporting to the IT Team Leader, NA SAP Finance, the SAP/ERP Intermediate FI Functional Consultant for Finance combines business expertise in Finance processes with in depth knowledge of SAP - Financial Accounting, GL, and A/R functionality, He/she will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into practice through the use of SAP. Business processes supported by this position include: Accounts Receivable (A/R), FI GL, Cash Management and also includes knowledge of interactions with the Billing function. *Primary responsibilities:* * Coordinate all varieties of testing necessary to provide for complete cross-functional integration and business and technical acceptance. * Troubleshoot unique or complex business and/or technical problems. Sought as a resource for expert SAP Financials knowledge. Totally capable, fully self-sufficient. Able to recommend appropriate corrective action or workaround. * Create, track and manage project work plans; including resource commitments. * Provides excellent knowledge transfer of SAP Financials processes or configuration to other team members. * Prepare and present reporting results on current initiatives. *Required Experience:* *Education:* * A minimum of 4 years SAP functional and configuration experience in SAP Financials * Have strong integration knowledge between SAP FI & SD modules and other SAP modules like CO and MM. * Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent business/technical process work experience. *Qualifications:* * Strong preference for individuals with prior consulting skills and experience in one or more full-lifecycle SAP implementations. * Effective oral, presentation, and written communications skills. * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
