*Role: Health Care Business Analyst* *Location: Nashville, TN* *Type: 6 months + Contract-to-Hire* *GC & Citizens required* *Who You Are:* Someone who cares about the details but understands and is able to see the whole picture. Someone who’s a great communicator and collaborator, and also has strong analytical skills. *Things You’ll Be Doing:* Collaborate with Product Owner, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers to develop product backlog, prioritize user stories, define iterations, and release scope. Breakdown epics into stories with acceptance test criteria in collaboration with product owners and development team. Work closely with developers and testers to support the agile development process. Ensure team understands requirements to successfully meet business goals. Perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood (while balancing an air of pragmatism – knowing when to stop) Understand high-level architecture and discuss rationale for potential changes.
