Purpose:

Manage the Bank's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service to help
meet the Bank's evolving business needs. Ensure adoption and adherence to
the Bank's CRM governance framework and usage guidelines. Serve as the
internal champion and subject matter expert for the administration of
Salesforce.com. Conduct ongoing support, user training, business analysis,
and project management activities for enhancements, upgrades, data
conversions, and report development for multiple business groups with
varying needs.



*Additional Comments:*

*Salesforce configuration and asked for advice on building Campaigns and
Reports.  Need to first create a Report to query for various types of
contacts prior to building the Campaign.  Need to create a custom Report
based off the same criteria. Potential candidates must know, or at least be
able to very quickly research, how to build customized Reports, etc.  These
are critical outstanding items on our project for which we need assistance.*



Skills/Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, information systems, business,
marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with
configuration and ongoing hands-on administration of Salesforce.com,
preferably in a large, highly regulated (financial services) environment.

Knowledge of integration of Salesforce.com with both internal proprietary
systems and the AppExchange, and experience building components of
Salesforce.com.

Excellent data management skills, including understanding of data
relationships, and metrics and statistical methods.

Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage the
distribution of system functional or process changes.

Experience handling all aspects of Salesforce.com case management.

Business analysis experience with ability to understand business processes
and translate business requirements into application functionality.

Project management experience with demonstrated ability to operate as a
proactive strategic thinker and team player.

Excellent, highly professional written and oral communication, motivational
and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of
the organization, and present information to non-technical audiences.

Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Excel formulas and pivot
tables.

Salesforce.com Administrator certification preferred, Advanced
Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications a plus.

User experience and interface design experience a plus.

Experience working across various Salesforce.com implementations covering
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange applications a plus.

Knowledge of CRM best practices a plus.

Technical writing experiences a plus.
