*PeopleSoft ELM Lead **New Albany, OH*

 Description:

The PeopleSoft ELM Functional Lead will be responsible for designing and
supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft ELM.  This will include
collaborating with the Business Analyst and business partners on
requirements-gathering, functional design, configuration, and testing
support.  The candidate should have a strong understanding of the
interactions between PeopleSoft HCM and ELM learning application, and serve
as a PeopleSoft subject matter expert for the learning application.

 Responsibilities:

   - Manage functional requirements by documenting current processes,
   analyzing alternatives and redesigning processes to implement the best
   solution using a fit/gap analysis
   - Develop functional specifications including process maps, functional
   design and test plans for projects requiring technical review and
   development
   - Recommend system configuration options that will support current
   functionality as well as establish a framework for future use cases
   - Work with business users and IT resources to define reporting
   capabilities and options
   - Act as a liaison between technical and functional teams
   - Work with the project management team to establish and monitor project
   tasks and milestones
   - Facilitate communications, change management and training needs for
   changes to HR and Learning processes and systems

Qualifications

   - Strong product knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM – version 9.2 preferred
   - Experience with configuring the Learning Environment and Learning
   Catalog
   - Able to work collaboratively and supportively with the business
   community
   - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
   - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
   - Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the
   ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities
   - Able to command the attention and respect of knowledgeable associates
   - Able to multitask projects simultaneously
   - Able to work effectively during frequent periods of time constraints
   where stress may be present
   - Able to navigate issues and evaluate risk
   - Personal Attributes: Confident, Self-starter, Strong work ethic,
   Highly motivated, Sense of humor, A Winning 'Will-Do' attitude, Team
   oriented
