Please help to fill below requirement:- Project Manager w/ JAVA Washington, DC 20005 - LOCAL ONLY 3+ year contract for Java Project Manager MUST BE TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGERS OF JAVA APPLICATION PROJECTS AND HAVE SOME QA EXPERIENCE. *Required Education/Experience: A Masters Degree and 10 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor’s Degree and 17 years of IT experience). If no Degree, then client requires 24 years of experience. THESE ARE REQUIREMENTS!!!!!!!* *Specialized experience for the position: We are looking for a technical project manager with a Java background to assist our client with quality management of their software development processes for the Next Generation of a Case Management and Electronic Case Files system (CM/ECF). Additionally, experience with quality assurance is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate selected will be working with development teams throughout the software development process and will need to possess the ability to be diplomatic through the review and critique of work (skills in conflict management and resolution).
