Provide first point contact for support issue. 2. Provides telephone, in-person and remote support to end-users. 3. Monitors ticketing system and completes tickets in a timely manner. 4. Install and deploy new PCs and Notebooks, including data migration. 5. Installs all peripheral components such as printers, scanners and disk drives 6. Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components and office applications 7. Identifies and fixes the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements. 8. Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet user’s requirements 9. Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications 10. Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groups 11. Coordinates with vendor (software/hardware) to troubleshoot issues or get the spare parts. 12. Knowledge of Audio visual components is an added advantage. 13. Travels between sites to perform assigned duties *Qualification:* 2 year IT degree or equivalent experience.
