Slightly more efficient crit_rundeferred(). Instead of disabling/enabling interrupts for every ipending intrsource, do it once and clear it. Another option is using atomic_exchange_explicit() but the bus locking is unecessary since this is a cpu local word. M sys/kern/kern_crit.c
