Check that 'off' fits in an off_t.

Check that 'off' fits in an off_t in tmpfs_snap_dump() and
tmpfs_snap_load_vnode(), so that we don't run the risk of silently
truncating it when we call vn_rdwr(). Pointed out by [email protected];
discussed with natano@.
