Sakyamuni Sambuddha Vihara events:
Saturday, 20 September, 5:00 PM: Pali class.
Saturday, 20 September, 6:00 PM Bhavana / meditation session.
Saturday, 20 September, 8:00 PM Vas bana.
Sunday, 21 September, 2:00 PM We cordially invite our members and friends
to join with us to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Srimath Anagarika
Dharmapala who dedicated his life for the protection and promotion of Buddhism
globally. Sakyamuni Sambuddha Vihara has made all arrangements to hold this
event on 21st September from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Program will include a
procession and presentation by Dahampasala children, flower offerings, special
speeches by Venerable Professor Vagama Piyarathana Thero and Hon. Minister
Patali Champika Ranawaka. All are welcome to participate and the dress code is
white clothing, preferably national attire.
For specific details of any of these events please call the Vihara (temple) on
9702 6275. All are welcome. At Sakyamuni Sambuddha Vihara, 125 Homestead Road,
