hi george,
         depends on you thought pattern but if run via inetd.conf 
it can according to the man have problems with exchange as will not 
respond fast enough. having sed;) that it can be set up to use 
tcp-wrappers if you wish when you build the product. then AFAIK it 
works just fine giving you the added protection of allow / deny on
a box by box basis and network by network basis... depending how 
you want it. hmmm... perhaps i should rebuild it wrapped with 
tcp-wrappers :) also if you decide to use wrappers be sure to read
the source due to a recent trojan and see CERT advisory. oh ..yeah
i currently run it as standalone.
