Well, I don't know, but I installed ssh2 on a totally-new-installed Solaris
7 SPARC after installing the gcc I pointed to, and this was straightforward.
Just a matter of ./configure && make && make install , I mean... By the
way, the installation on a 2.6 SPARC was as easy, though I had to set the
install directory again when I discovered I had not place enough in the
/usr/local slice.
Could you please explain what problems you're having with the install? Just
wondering what I perhaps missed...
