SSH2 and SecureCRT 3.0b2

I was having a problem with connecting to SSH 2.0.10 with Vandyke
SecureCRT 3.0 beta 2. The solution, as is the solution with many SSH
problems, was to upgrade the server software to the latest version (at
this time 2.0.13).
