Hi,
VNC works very straight over SSH's port-forwarding facility. Assuming 5901
as the standard port for VNC you have to establish an interactive
connection to the remote host with "-L 5901:remote_host:5901" as an
option.
Then you may connect via VNC to the remote host launching a command like
"vncviewer localhost:1" (assuming the remote desktop has display :1).
The tricky thing with VNC may be that there is no way to give a portnumber
as an option for vncviewer. That's why you have to choose the same port on
the local machine as forwarding port.
