Off topic again....

But having once been the victim of a spam relay, I can tell you why it
usually is a list mailer HOST's fault. Spammers take advantage of
ancient versions of sendmail (and other MTAs) or mis-configured MTAs,
to pass high volumes of spam through a host to cover their tracks,
avoid bouncing problems, increase the number of recipients, etc. If
lohi.clinet.fi is on the ORBS blacklist, it most likely means that it
is running an old MTA with security holes, or that it is
mis-configured. Note that lohi.clinet.fi may have a severe problem,
even if mail lists hosted on lohi.clinet.fi never see a single spam
message.

Having said this, I just checked lohi.clinet.fi, and it is running a
newer version of sendmail. But it is possible that it is configured
to relay third-party mail.
