I don't know what TeraTerm can do but I got the impression that you could
not "proxy" ftp fully through it. FTP can't be tunneled using a single
local port-forward as is the standard tunnel-implementation in most
ssh-clients (at least not if if we are speaking tunneling BOTH
ftp-channels). You would need a client that "understands" the ftp-protocol
since it needs several tunnels set up on the fly. I was just making a
suggestion here, there might be other solutions to your specific problem.
Check MindTerm out if you are interested in solving the problem of
connecting to an "invisible" ftp-server "behind" a firewall for example.
