Is there a reason why...

* the "none" cipher is enabled by default on ssh2?

* there is no flag to configure to disable it?

* the default sshd2_config does not disable it using
  "Ciphers      AnyCipher" or something similar?

* IDEA is not even included in the distribution, yet the documentation
  (man ssh2, look for "cipher") claims that IDEA is supported?

* the default cipher is 3DES, which is horribly slow?
