How to ssh into a chrooted jail?

I am setting up a shell hosting system for a customer.  I want him to
be able to use a limited shell on the machine, and I think a chroot
jail is the best way.  How do I configure SSH so that he is plopped
into the jail as soon as he logs in via ssh?
