I have met the same problem. Someone has help me to solve it. You can change the line: 
RequireReverseMapping yes and UserKnownHost yes in the configuration file of ssh2 to 
no. This can solve the problem. Some of my users will use dial up network to login so 
I had to change these configuration to no as they use the windows clients. Can anyone 
give me some suggestion on this! Windows just like to send its name as the 
hostname(Not the DNS name)!
I think the ssh1 is much easier but is has security problem in even the newest version!
