Do you mean that the ssh binaries will not be local to most of the
machines?
This is a bad idea. I'm not even going to discuss the possibility of
tampering with security-sensitive software due to the wonderful nature
of NFS, but imagine booting up in a situation when NFS is not available
for any reason and your only means of connecting to the computer, short
of walking to the console, is through ssh. And your sshd is loaded via
NFS...
Keep it local. It doesn't take much space. Strip the binaries if you
have to.
