Yes, compile in tcp-wrappers and set up your /etc/hosts.allow and
/etc/hosts.deny files to create logs wherever you want them to go.

Do something like this:

telnetd,ftpd,kshd,klogind,eklogind,sshd :\
192.77.173.,\
204.168.18., \
204.168.91., \
204.168.68., \
207.127.151., \
spawn (DATE=`date`; /bin/echo $DATE %d %u %c >>
                                    /var/log/wrapper.allow.log)
