Hi there,
It usually means one of two things:
On 2.0.13, it means that you need to turn off RequiredReverseMapping
in /etc/ssh2/sshd2_config.
On 2.1, it means that you have the wrong type of authentication enabled
or you have something wrong in the RequiredAuthentication.
