SSH2 on HP

I am unable to compile ssh-2.1.0.pl2 on our HP (running HP-UX 9.07).
While running make, I get the following errors:

        collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
        /bin/ld: Unsatisfied symbols:
           inet_aton (code)
        *** Error code 1

        Stop.

I reported the bug to ssh.com. Any ideas what I need to do in order to
get this running?
