Hi there,
I just updated the FAQ. Check out section 4.4 in the FAQ (it only includes
2.2 now for hostbased, I still need to write the section for 1.2.27).
If you're using 2.1, upgrade. Getting 2.1 to work with hostbased authentication
is really a pain.
