while traveling for work for which You will be paid;"
Some Administrator would need to have access to certain Servers from home, 
and yes they do get paid a yearly salary.  This is necessary as checking of 
logs, etc. is a part of their job.  Perhaps I'm misinterpreting the 
wording, but if that is the case then there must be other people that do as 
well and it should be changed.  Anyhow below is the URL to which you can

Yes, like universities are able to use ssh-2.2.x legally.
