Hi Vann, 

Try creating a ~/.ssh/ssh_config or ~/.ssh2/ssh2_config and add the
following line:

Port    <whicheverportyouwant>

This will work for scp as well as ssh.

Make sure that the daemon you have listening on the other side is running
on the same port. 

I got this to work through a Gauntlet firewall on port 443 (for some
reason, the firewall doesn't check the handshake :).
