1. Install OpenSSL 0.95a. Install zlib.
2. Get the OpenSSH Sept. 5 snapshot tarball. Unpack. cd into it.
3. Do "./configure".
4. Do "make sftp-server".
5. There you go. The binary will be in the current dir.
