Thanks to Thomas Keller for his suggestion to my last problem. It
didn't quite fix it but I muddles through to get my current problem.(I
still cannot get through to the box in the UK but now I have a new
error.)
Here is the command I entered and the output (again, some info has been
changed to protect the guilty.):
