Greetings, I need some help understanding where each key file goes. I am running SSH-2.3.0 on 2 BSDi4.1 boxes. I have read the man pages and the docs. Very familiar with the files yet confused as to where everything SHOULD be. with SSHD2 running on a remote box,...when I ssh -l username hostname the host key fails, then I am prompted for the users password. At this point I am able to log in. It seems that one or possible more than one of the key files is in the wrong place. If someone could give me a quick step one two three, so that I could check to see if i have everything in the right order I would really appreciate it.
