I'm using Exceed on my NT workstation for X server.

It works as long as I don't enable any type of access control.

As soon as I enable "File access control" using an xhost.txt file I get the
following error when trying to run xclock.

[root@atticus /etc]# xclock
X connection to atticus:12.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).

I have declared the machine I'm running the Client on in the xhost.txt file
via ip address as well as machine name and fully qualified domain name to
no avail.

Exceed says it's supposed to work.

Can anyone help shed light on this. Are there other Xservers I can try that
run securely as far as host access control on NT and WIN9X machines.

Thanks

Roy
