Options for HP-UX 9.00?

Hello,

According to the "commerce.ssh.com" web site, SSH2 is only supported on
HP-UX 10.20 or 11.x.  We are running HP-UX version 9.00.  Do we have any
options for more secure communication using SSH?  Is there any other more
secure option for Windows 9x clients connecting to HP-UX server?  Thanks!
