Protocol Error - ssh-2.4.0 from remote client SecureCRT v3.2 (latest version)

I get this error from attempting to log in from SecureCRT-3.2:

Jan 11 16:31:37 Sun-E3000 sshd2[21356]: Remote host disconnected:
Jan 11 16:31:37 Sun-E3000 sshd2[21356]: Protocol error in remote: ''

What does this mean? I didn't get this error when running 2.0.13,
which I just upgraded to 2.4.0.
