Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? I'm getting something
similar when I connect just using ssh from either a Windoze machine or
from the actual server (ie. to myself).
I have an added problem that whern I connect from Windoze, my ENTER key
isn't functional. I have to use CTRL-J then "stty sane CTRL/J" to get the
ENTER key to work. Any thoughts?
