OpenSSh on linux fail to compile: TCP_NODELAY undeclared

Hi!

I tried to compile OpenSSh 2.3.0p1 under a slackware linux (kernel
2.0.38), but it fails with this error:

packet.c: In function `packet_set_interactive':
packet.c:1260: `TCP_NODELAY' undeclared (first use this function)
...

Any idea why?
