We don't seem to get java working correctly across ssh between to
Solaris machines. For some reason some of the windows don't redraw
correct and we get blank windows. The widgets are there just invisible.
If you reset the DISPLAY variable :-( to connect directly to the local X
server then it works.
On the other hand I have had success with the Volume Manager client,
which I think is Java based.
