Is there a way to restrict scp users to their home directories and prevent traversal of the directory structure? The way you might use ftp dir restrictions?
We are running Redhat 7.0 and Mandrake servers. We have clients that will scp in with a Windows gui that lets you traverse the filling system. I have restricted as much as possible through file and dir permissions but when they upload files, the files are always added with world read. This allows other clients to download files which do not belong to them!
