-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello, I talked to Igmar @ jdimedia.nl and he told me that OpenSSH 2.5.x should have Skey/Challenge/Response authentication built in, I noticed it in the changelog, on my slackware box I did the following: ./configure --with-md5-passwords --with-skey=/root/skey-1.1.3 it configured gave me output I made and installed. I ran it with the config with the following: ChallengeResponseAuthentication yes And I have skey and everything setup for root in /etc/skeykeys which Is setup in openssh also, but when SSHing in with ssh1 or ssh2 or even SecureCRT all it does for ask for password, it doesn't give me a S/key challenge, why is this, is something configured wrong? Has anyone set it up correctly? geo cervnet -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 7.0 iQA/AwUBOtTix3ZZjcX15wggEQIZbgCeL4BmnjPwq39UguB6dExo39kK+LcAoITW Mt0BcShlhnRz9d9dZwWvcC17 =AItV -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
