I dont seem to be able to run any X applications on my client running linux. I get following error messages: duing ssh login : /usr/X11R6/bin/xauth: (stdin):1: bad display name "hostname:11:0" in "add" command and when I try to run any X application: _X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't get address for <hostname> Error: Can't open display: <hostname>:11:0 What could be wrong? I used to work until yesterday. Does X use a different port than 22 (I hope it doesnt) that could be blocked by my company's firewall? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
