My first posting to this group, apologies if its a duff question. I have recently installed openssh and found that, after connecting, a window will die if left alone for 2 hours or so. With ssh1 this didn't happen. Indeed ssh1 kept a connection open overnight (arguably a bad thing). I can't see anywhere in the config files where a timeout is specified, and 2 hours is a bit short. Can anyone suggest how to increase this time period?
