I'm trying to log into a machine that runs AFS using ssh's RSA
authentication. Unfortunately this doesn't give me an AFS token. It would be
ok if I could log in ordinarily first (that is giving a password and getting
an interactive shell) and then log in using RSA and have the token in that
session. I think this is what the token forwarding feature is for (OpenSSH
claims to support it) but I don't know if it is the server or the client that
has to support this feature.

Any hints about how to login with RSA authentication and still get an AFS
token would be highly appreciated.
