Cool! Real weathering! ( I know, it's only "cool" if you want it to look
weathered)
If you want to rid the drivers of the existing rust you might try some oil
soaked very fine steel wool. It sounds destructive, but it doesn't harm the
blued finish on firearms and I've never had it to harm the paint on other items
that I've tried it on. (Disclaimer: no promises, just my experiences) An old
gunsmith taught me that "trick". BTW, be sure to clean all the working areas of
any stray pieces of the steel wool. I'm sure they would do the little parts
much good.
